Govind Srinivasan

Founder

BSERI is the brainchild of Govind Srinivasan, who has immense experience in different areas of ISO MSSs practice, which includes ISO 3rd party audits, training and consulting.

Govind developed his critical thinking on ISO MSSs, courtesy his innate nature of going after data, and connecting the dots, to understand management system standards from knowledge management perspective.

Govind's work experience cuts across the conventional pattern how professionals get groomed up as specialists in ISO Management System Standards' practice. He has gained considerable experience of around 2 decades in ISO MSSs' 3rd party audits, conducting ISO MSS Lead Auditor and Lead Implementer Courses. He gained significant experience of how ISO Standards are drafted, discussed in relevant Technical Committees, and finally blossom forth as published ISO MSSs, by participating in deliberations as Technical Committee Member through Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).

Govind has significant experience as an entrepreneur, managing a full-fledged 100% EOU (Export-oriented Unit), registered with Software Technology Parks of India (STPI), raising it from the scratch, and having groomed more than 200 Software Professionals, managing their skill development, besides, managing the business strategy of the company.

Govind has an irresistible urge to be on the track of entrepreneurial pursuits. BSERI is his entrepreneurial pursuit.

Manjula Subramanian

Lead Trainer/Implementer

Manjula Subramanian started her professional life as a Software Application Developer, in India and later, in the USA.

Manjula has intensive and extensive experience as a Trainer, with Certification Bodies, conducting Lead Auditor and Lead Implementer Courses relating to ISMS & BCMS, and has begun her training deliveries as an AIMS Trainer as well, conducting AIMS LA & LI Courses, as an empanelled Lead Tutor.

Manjula has in-depth and long experience as a 3rd party auditor in ISMS, BCMS & ITSMS.
Manjula is a qualified CISA, CBCI, PMP and OCEG certified GRC Professional.
