BSERI is the brainchild of Govind Srinivasan, who has immense experience in different areas of ISO MSSs practice, which includes ISO 3rd party audits, training and consulting.

Govind developed his critical thinking on ISO MSSs, courtesy his innate nature of going after data, and connecting the dots, to understand management system standards from knowledge management perspective.

Experience & Expertise

Govind's work experience cuts across the conventional pattern how professionals get groomed up as specialists in ISO Management System Standards' practice. He has gained considerable experience of around 2 decades in ISO MSSs' 3rd party audits, conducting ISO MSS Lead Auditor and Lead Implementer Courses.

He gained significant experience of how ISO Standards are drafted, discussed in relevant Technical Committees, and finally blossom forth as published ISO MSSs, by participating in deliberations as Technical Committee Member through Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).

Geetha Radhakrishnan, who is associated with Govind's ventures for more than 28 years, manages the operations of BSERI.

Experience & Expertise

Geetha has rich experience of having been a consultant in projects requiring implementation of different ISO MSSs and managing the operations and due diligence of companies run by Govind. She manages the operations of BSERI.

Professional Background

Manjula Subramanian started her professional life as a Software Application Developer, in India and later, in the USA.

Manjula has intensive and extensive experience as a Trainer, with Certification Bodies, conducting Lead Auditor and Lead Implementer Courses relating to ISMS & BCMS, and has begun her training deliveries as an AIMS Trainer as well.

Experience & Certifications

Manjula has in-depth and long experience as a 3rd party auditor in ISMS, BCMS & ITSMS.

Manjula is a qualified CISA, CBCI, PMP and OCEG certified GRC Professional.
